This project was a submission to Prodigi's Product Innovation Program, a program where multidisciplinary teams competed to pitch the best product by following the end-to-end Double Diamond Approach and considering the business value, within our chosen problem space. Our chosen problem space was the sneaker market.

The online sneaker market is flooded with $600 billion worth of counterfeit sneakers. That is 1.5 times the legitimate sneaker market.

Collectors are driven by a passion for rarity and authenticity but face significant challenges in verifying the legitimacy of items in the secondary market. This difficulty erodes trust, leading to hesitation and missed opportunities to enrich their collections.
How might we simplify the authentication process for collectors so that they can confidently purchase rare, authentic, and high-quality sneakers?
Our solution is a platform that makes authenticity the focus, where people can buy sneakers without doubt. Our app creates an experience that feels fast, transparent and trustworthy.

A dynamic scroll of hot items — like a digital sneaker wall.

Reveal seller and product authentic info instantly
3D Sneaker preview
Inspect shoes from all angles in high-resolution
Sneaker DNA
All shoes on the platform must undergo the Sneaker DNA process powered by AR and AI, the app provides the authenticity of the shoe. This data is broadcasted on the product listing to increase transparency

Wardrobe
